Rosoga's Environmental Policy We are committed to protecting and conserving the environment in which we are operating in and to effectively do this, the management has allocated resources towards the conservation of the environment. The associates are trained and awareness creation is constantly being invoked for all stakeholders on the importance and benefits of environment protection to the organization.
The management is committed to ensuring that the quality of our products meet or exceeds our customers' expectations. We execute this by constantly developing the capacity of our human resource, embracing team spirit and continual improvement of our activities and management systems, while ensuring the safety of our employees and the protection of the environment we operate in. The management ensures the availability of resources required for developing and improving these systems, so that the company is strategically positioned to exploit the opportunities, strengths and manipulate its weaknesses and threats into strengths in our operating environment.
Rosoga's Health & Safety Policy The management is committed to ensuring the safety and health of associates in their workplaces.We implement this by creating safe working environments and establishing structures aimed at compliance to the occupational health and safety requirements as stipulated in the Safety and Health Act (2007) and Work Injuries and Benefit Act (2007). The management ensures the availability of resources required for developing and improving safe working environments for our associates.
