Rosoga Investment Limited is situated in Nakuru's Industrial Area and housed within the Nakuru Press Building along the Press Road. The company was incorporated in 2001 and has since embarked on its core business of transportation and supply of treated wood mainly power transmission poles to her customers.The organization is engaged in transportation of electricity transmission poles for her clients through out the country.

Good management practices have seen the company grow from strength to strength over the years. Despite the successes so far, Rosoga Investments Limited like all other organizations is operating in an ever changing environment and thus in the year 2009 the company had to define a new department charged with the responsibilities of running the operations of the company.

The Operations Department is presently overseeing operations in five sections namely; 

1. Logging activities
2. Transport and Logistics Services
3. Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance activities
4. Firewood Production services
5. Timber Production
6. Commercial Charcoal Briquette Production
7. CCA Chemical Distribution

The Operations Department therefore is committed to efficiently organizing scarce resources to achieve the desired goals and objectives of the company.
